Beach Day One - Huntington Beach

The beach was great...Thursday we went to Huntington beach right near the pier. What fun! We flew a kite, built a sand castle and Brian even let me have some rest time layout in the sun. Great day! We finished up with dinner at Rubys at the end of the pier!!

Action Packed spinning shooting adventure. We got to shoot the evil Zurg and his aliens along with all kinds of other targets...the boys were in boy heaven!!

The first ride of the Day - Disneyland

May I first tell everyone that told me that I would be totally blown away by the size of Disneyland you were right. It was nothing and everything I expected. The first ride of the day was buzz lightyears spaceship it went really high and up and down. Big hit with Elliot and Grace!!!

A Couple of posts for Granny

Yes they have coca cola in Disneyland we ate at the Coca Cola refreshment spot today. Hotdogs yummy!!

Tuesday = Sea World

We have been sitting down and having family meetings at night to decide what to do the next day... Monday night the kids chose that we would go to Sea World today. Oh man what fun we had! Elliot got chosen to be part of the dolphin show which was really cool they taught him how to tell the dolphins to do tricks and fed them some herring. I am sure that you would know that Elliot was really shy and didn't want to do any of it....NOT!!! He was waving and smiling at everyone and afterwards peolple kept telling him he did a good job and he said I'm famous...what a kid. Other than this we saw lots of sea life Grace and I played in the tide pool exhibit, petted bat rays and saw the Shamu show(this was also a big hit). There were also flamingos, eels, and sharks. What a great day!!

Tomorrow is our first day at Disneyland!! Watch for the pics:)

Climbing

Elliot is now our resident climber I was seriously having a heart attack watching him climb way above my head with flip flops on. Grace wanted to sit in the chair way up high too so Brian helped her up.

Playtime at the park in Huntington Beach

It was an absolutely beautiful day in Huntington Beach!! We dis a lot of boring things according to Elliot today (grocery shopping and such) but we also got a chance to take a couple of kites to the park and play for awhile. The kids had never done this before so it was pretty fun to watch their excitement...

In the airport SEATTLE

Here we are waiting at the airport to board the We left the house at 3:45 this morning boy was that fun!! We passed the time by laying video games and trying not to keep people awake that were sleeping in the terminal.
